Welcome in Lacuisine

Soon, you will be staying in our house in Lacuisine. We look forward to hosting you and your family or friends. We hope to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We would also like to guide you digitally by sharing tips on how to explore the region in our ‘Adventures in the Gaume‘ guide. We also share over 100 hikes on the app Komoot.

About your stay

This guide provides a lot of information about the house, such as the Wi-Fi code, explanations about where to find things, sorting rubbish, etc. You can arrive flexible with our self-check-in from 4 p.m. on the first day of your stay. You can open the front door with the keypad next to the doorbell with your personal code. We will send this to you three days prior to your stay.

Check-out on the last day of your stay is by 12 noon. We ask that you leave the house clean and tidy, sort your rubbish in the appropriate bins, close windows and doors and turn the heating on the icon ‘moon’. Feel free to run the dishwasher one last time, we will be happy to unload it for you

The Gaume – also know as ‘the Belgian province’ is a beautiful, but unknown region. Closeby, you’ll find beautiful hikes in the forests around Florenville, Martué, Herbeumont or Orval. Would you rather do something cultural? There are many beautiful cities and exciting musea within an hour’s drive from Lacuisine, such as World Heritage City Luxembourg, the medieval town of Bouillon or the magnificent Bastogne. But you will also find a great museum park or other attraction to your liking nearby.

  • Tours on Komoot: more than 100 walking and cycling routes via the app Komoot
