Welcome to la trottinette, two holiday homes under one roof in Florenville, in the heart of the Gaume region. Enjoy a relaxing stay in one of our cosy houses, perfect for groups of up to 11 people. Discover our rates and terms below.
Rates
At la trottinette, we make sure you feel at home right away. Our prices stay the same all year round, with no extra charges during peak seasons. Additionally, all prices include tourist tax, VAT, and cleaning, so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. During school holidays, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies. This allows us and our children to enjoy the holiday season as well. For stays of 7 nights or more, you’ll receive a 10% discount on the total price of your stay.
- Arel (6 people): €185 per night
- D’Gaume (5 people): €160 per night
- Combo (11 people): €345 per night
Security deposit: €250 per stay – refunded as soon as possible and no later than two weeks after your stay.
The rates apply to the rental of the entire holiday home. The number of people includes children and babies.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
Payment: Your reservation is confirmed once we’ve received your email confirmation. We ask that the total amount be paid no later than 2 months before your stay. Payments can be made to BE87 7340 6080 8194, with the mention of your stay dates and the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before your arrival.
- If you cancel up to 2 weeks before your stay, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- Unfortunately, cancellations within 2 weeks of your stay cannot be refunded.
What to Know Before Your Stay
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
Want to arrive earlier? Opt for early check-in from 12:00 PM for an additional €50 per holiday home. - Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Want to extend your stay? Opt for late check-out until 8:00 PM, for an additional €50 per holiday home.
Your Comfort, Our Priority
Both homes are fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From a fully equipped kitchen to a cosy living area and private terrace – everything is provided. Discover the full list of our facilities here.
There are 2 to 3 parking spaces available in front of the holiday home. Parking is free both at the house and in the village. You can safely store your bikes, motorbikes, or other large equipment in our spacious garage. We also provide coat racks, a hose, and tools for small repairs.
Charging electric vehicles is available for an additional fee. For more information about our charging station, click here. Charging vehicles via the regular electrical network is not allowed.
